The following is a description of services that Construction Waste Recycler of Texas can provide during the construction phase of a house. Please remember that you the builder can choose the level of service that you want for your homes. We are flexible to meet your needs.

Our experience indicates that it generally takes 90 days from groundbreaking/footings through carpeting, or a 13-week cycle to construct a home. During this time there are three major periods of waste generation;

1. After framing is completed
2. Following the installation of drywall
3. At completion of masonry

During the balance of construction, waste generation is less. However, cleanliness becomes paramount, allowing each of the construction sub-contractors to perform their work without impediment.

Construction Waste Recycler will provide services to the job-site during your building cycle. The first visit will include construction of a waste area for non-recyclables, delivery of a waste container for workers’ waste, such as lunch bags, bottles, cans etc, and a second container for metal (such as nails and duct work). We will also provide you with a Procedure (see sample) that will help you instruct your sub-contractors on how to handle the recyclable and non-recyclable materials.

Services provided during the subsequent weekly visits would include the recycling of the framing, drywall, block and brick into usable aggregate and the removal of cardboard, metal and non-recyclables.
